[NEWS ALERT ] - 2022 is set to see a number of exciting changes across the Australian Mining sector as Industry starts to transition away from single use plastic packaging in line with State legislation.

Today Green Caffeen is excited to announce our newest partnership with Civeo Australia operating across the Fortescue Metals Group sites in Western Australia, a first for the Australian Mining Industry.

Civeo Australia is committed to being a positive force in the communities where they live and work, by partnering with local stakeholders for long-term growth and sustainable development, whilst operating in a responsible manner with particular emphasis on safety, people and the environment.

Fortescue Metals Group recently pledged to achieve carbon neutrality within its operations by 2030. This partnership is evidence of that commitment in action with the potential to save millions of single use products on site, whilst building a workplace culture of REUSE that will have long lasting impacts. By downloading the the Green Caffeen app Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) workers will have the opportunity to join the "Reuse Revolution" on site whilst continuing to 'swap & go" when they return home.

The partnership will see a staged rollout of our reusable cup system across all sites, with the first 2 now operational at Kangi & Kartajirri - in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
