We came about as Cortille’ in 2013, just over six years ago. The aim was to begin an identity journey and three young minded creatives set upon the path to get there. Originally a retro space, Cortille’ has taken these years to evolve over time, surely finding a strong sense of place in Bendigo. Now, as an urban and bright space, the 'cafe with the van' offers a high energy vibe and a big focus on fun.
Cortille's Spring '19 menu represents the concept of common meals done well. Heavily influenced by Melbourne's food scene, we have aimed to bring that feel to a regional area. Asian and food truck inspired, it's extensive and caters to kids, dietary requirements and the even the fussy. All day brekky too...
