The ASRC proudly partners with the University of Melbourne through the provision of three years of rent and utility-free cafe space at the Student Precinct in Parkville campus.
The main objective of the partnership is to support the reduction of food insecurity among students on campus as well as providing diverse employment, training and opportunities for people with lived experience of seeking asylum and refugees.
Journeys Café by ASRC will develop a healthy, low-cost, inclusive and multicultural food offering to support student health and well-being through providing fresh food - mainly vegetarian and vegan options and snacks that will burst with flavours from around the world.
