CAFE OWNERS, we’ve told you WHY we’ve teamed up with @GreenCaffeen swap and go reusable cups, and we’ve told you WHAT this Aussie-born initiative is all about. Now, here’s the HOW of it all - in 3 easy steps.
Once your customer has the Green Caffeen app (hint: you’ll want to tell them to download the app!) they simply:
👋🏽 ASK for their coffee to go in a Green Caffeen cup
👉🏽 TAP ‘Grab, swap or drop’ in the app on their phone
📲 SCAN the Green Caffeen code sticker (near your point of sale), and await their brew
Next time they’re in, they can swap the cup for a fresh one.
Customers can have 2 cups checked out at once, so it’s no big deal if they forget to bring the cup back – they don’t need to resort to a single-use cup!
It’s just like borrowing a library book: they’ve got 30 days to bring it back before a lost cup fee is charged.
